Weeknote 2026-W3 | IQ vs AQI
- I missed writing the previous weeknote so this for both Week 2 and Week 3.
- I realised that most of the time I’m in ‘doing’ mode and the weeknotes seem to be giving me the time to pause and reflect on the recent past.
- Last Sunday I met my friend Preethi after a long time. We had delish breakfast at Konark and then spent a few hours in Cubbon park. She has recently adopted a husky and named her Sia :) Among other things both of us ranted about how people who are at decision making positions rarely know enough to make the right decisions and don’t have the spine to change course when found to be wrong.
- Went to watch Azeem Banatwala’s latest show - this show was quite an experiment because he had a full bit where he used a screen for showing slides for doing jokes. It was quite good - infact he was recording the show - here’s the video he posted: IQ vs AQI ( you’ll get the drift, if you are following Indian politics )
- I’m purposefully slowing down on the app I’m developing as I’ve been absolutely consumed by it for last couple of months.
- Did some much needed selfcare.
- Listened to the song ‘For a reason’ on loop, especially Shae Gill’s and Ali Raza’s insta cover
- Went to the IndieWebClub meetup as I needed a nudge to post. Even though I know what I posted is written terribly! I’m dropping perfectionism for now.
- Finished Pluribus in a day and loved it!
